Pilates Fundamentals
​Pilates fundamentals class acts as an introduction to Pilates. This class is suitable for you if you haven't attended a Pilates class before or if you have little knowledge of what Pilates involves.
You will develop an understanding of the basic Pilates exercises and learn how to combine the six most important principles:

Next Step Pilates
Next Step Pilates classes involve a progression of the basic exercises from the Pilates Fundamentals class. This class is suitable for those who have a good understanding of the concept of Pilates and are familiar with the basic exercises.

If you are an elite athlete or consider yourself to have a high level of fitness but you have never attended a Pilates class before, you would find attending the Pilates Fundamentals class beneficial to learn basics before progressing onto this class.
