Beginners Classes
​Beginners Pilates class acts as an introduction to Pilates. Beginners classes are suitable for you if you haven't attended a Pilates class before or if you have little knowledge of what Pilates involves.
You will develop an understanding of the basic Pilates exercises and learn how to combine the six most important principles:

Advance Classes
Intermediate - Advanced Pilates classes involve a progression of the basic exercises from the Beginners Pilates class. Intermediate - Advanced Pilates classes are suitable for those who have a good understanding of the concept of Pilates and are familiar with the basic exercises.

If you are an elite athlete or consider yourself to have a high level of fitness but you have never attended a Pilates class before, you would find attending the Beginners Pilates class beneficial to learn basics before progressing onto Intermediate - Advanced.
